We are very proud what we’ve achieved so far and very optimistic about the future of the automized building of wire harness. Min Chen, Managing Director at KSHG Auto Harness 15:09

What kind of challenges does KSHG still face?

For low voltage Min Chen names:
- Too many types of terminals
- Angle of automatic clip assembly
- Limited digital visual detection technology
- Branch of harness lead to difficulties for automation

For high voltage two other challenges arose:
- Cutting aluminium foil by laser could burn the laser shielding layer
- The coaxiality of the silicone cables affects the quality of the stripping

And last but not least, the costs are an important factor too. High investments mean long pay-back periods.
