You don’t want an insurance – you just want a car. But that’s what you need the brokers for”, explains Telcke. “The traditional structures will break, like who does your insurances. Things like that will change completely – and you have to be prepared”, states Valler. Simplicity is important in these times – and makes everything easier for clients.
