65 million users already use BlaBlaCar, but the biggest problem had been, that, besides about 80% of all travelling is made by car, there was a big distrust in taking anybody into their cars. So Nicolas Brusson, co-founder and CEO of BlaBlaCar, saw his biggest task in increasing trust through a trustworthy product.
“If you take a passenger with you, you can earn 20 Euro or more – so you can earn money for something you would do anyway”, explains Brusson the success of the concept. Russia, France, Brazil and Germany are at the moment the biggest successes for BlaBlaCar – and they show the global success of the company.
