It's a long way to go but first results show heavy losses for the Greens. With full results posted for just 14 communes, déi Gréng are projected to lose six seats in parliament, down from nine to just three mandates. That would see the current coalition government lose its chance to renew its time in office. Much of the ballots continue to be counted, however. The Pirate Party under the current count would double its numbers to four members of parliament and the ADR would also add three seats compared to the last election in 2018.
