Surprise surprise: There's one more team at Radio Hack Europe 2018 doing it's final presentation. Just yesterday team 169LAB decided to join the competition with a new idea . Their project is called „Voice Sales“.
The team members already tried to develop Alexa skills for radio stations, one of the team members said. But the reaction of radio makers was always the same: „You cannot make money with Alexa radio skill.“ Did the team find a way with „Voice Sales“?
„Voice Sales“ tackles the following problem: How can you buy a product that is promoted on air in a radio show? The solution is: Put on Alexa and tell her: „Alexa, tell the radio that I want to grab that offer!“ while listening to an advertisment. After that you just have to confirm your order, tell Alexa your personal dates and shipping address and its done. The product will be shipped directly to your home.
