Taylor advises that keeping it simple is one of the most important points of transformation. McMillian adds that trust is important: “We do what we say”, he emphasizes, “like telling a partner that we won’t compete with him but really work together, with common goals for the customers.” This allows us to develop the best solutions for all participants.

“How can we win together?” That is, for Gildner, the most important question. In the end that means everybody wins. Only really working together can really create a lasting impact. What will happen in the future? Gildner: Telcos can change the world. They have a responsibility to do it, for their customers, for the communities, and in the end, for everyone.
