Companies need to change their story and vision. They have to quickly adapt their businesses, but most important: They have to change their culture. You need a healthy relationship with your customers to develop a happy workplace.
Gildner emphasizes that building new teams was something that brought new energy, new thinking, and overall positive impact to Colt. The full ecosystem is important, not one single team is going to solve the problem, collaboration is crucial. “Find out what really matters. If you do this,  you find the possibility for change" and new industry standards will follow.

There is a new complexity in the workplace, emphasizes Taylor. The talk today is fully virtual, with all participants being connected literally from all over the world from London to the Westcoast. “We can only realize the technology if we adapt our culture”, that is most important to McMillian. You need new principles to encourage people to take journey. 

Gildner says that at the end of the day it is all about purpose. But what is the purpose of telcos? “What we have to do now it to go out to the ecosystem”, explains Gildner. “Thinking about a new partner landscape was one of the first steps.” There is also a responsibility for the planet which must always be a part of the plans, too.
