Science says that we must cap global warming at 1.5°C to avoid the disastrous effects of climate change. To be in with a fighting chance at doing this, we must halve global emissions in the next 10 years - that's why the 2020s have to be the Climate Decade.

It is the Climate Group's goal to make exactly that happen. Founded in 2003, the international NGO convinces, challenges and helps organisations to make commitments, then turn them into action. Since then, the Climate Group has grown its network to include over 300 multinational businesses in 140 markets worldwide.

The Climate Group´s work is focused in systems with the highest emissions and where their networks have the greatest opportunity to drive change, including energy, transport, built environment and industry.
