Not everyone used the lunch break only for networking and enjoying the food. Some of the participants attended the workshop "Project Portfolio Management" by Kanban(ize). During the workshop participants had to figure out a solution in a real case scenario for what is going wrong in the relationship between a development team and the leadership in a company. Participants quickly saw that there were several problems in wanting to keep up with too many tasks at once or with tasks not counting in on the bigger strategy of the company.
