Carmen Goeser explains the flight level boards: "We have two boards on flight level 3: The strategy board is only 2 month old. We are trying out OKRs (objectives and key results) as an experiment. The 20 expertise teams meet in front of the Activity Board. On flight level 2 we have a Business Team “Drilling” board and an Expertise Team “Quality” Board for prioritization in the teams. On level 3 we have the team boards for operational steering."
