They used them to collect feedback from listeners of the presentation and to start continuously improve their communication. In a next step they focused working toward only one common goal. How? "By limiting the work in progress and by limiting the top priorities of the teams", Cattiau explains. But also: By increasing the consistency of all task by applying a process and by measuring the right metrics.
