Our first company to cover is Yoolox. Pascal Bosten is the co-founder and partner: „We all love our smartphone, but if the battery is low we will charge it. We all charge our phones daily, but it still is painful.“
Yoolox offers products for wireless charging: There is a powerbank for consumers on the go, a charging spot for hospitality venues and a charging pad for consumers at home.
„The wireless charging market is huge. Globally the market is $37.2bn and almost all new smartphones offer wireless charging possibiliteis.“
The company currently develops a second generation of charging spots which is not only a charger, but can communicate via NFC. Restaurants could provide these charging spots and thereby communicate with the customers, e.g. for asking questions about the service.
