"It is important for a company to be predictable", explains Roesch-Schlanderer. "Some time ago being predictable felt wrong to me - but then I understood it gives me more freedom, because it makes easier to decide what is really possible."
Operating more explcit was only possible by the collaboration with partners - to evolve the company more and more. "The goal was attracting a very experienced chairman", says Krikke. Trust was here one of the most important factors, especially for the board. But even more: being a real team, even real friends, tells Roesch-Schlanderer, makes the work at eGym so good and so fruitful.
