Torsten Kriening (CCO) of PT Scientists and his colleague Arne Radloff together share their plans about flying things to the moon. "During the last months we had a political trend: All eyes are now on the moon", emphasizes Kriening. "Suddenly there is money for going there, the governments all over the world provide it." The estimated financing budget in 2024 is around $1bn and comes from a suborganisation of NASA, the ESA and China as Radloff explains.
Governments are already developing plans to have a permanent lunar station by the end of the 2020s. "They need someone to fly there tools there and that is our market", concludes Radloff. The company cooperates with companies as Vodafone and Audi who use the "Now on the moon" slogan.
