Knotel – The Office Space Cloud for Enterprise

Edward Shenderovich is the co-founder & chairman of Knotel. People often compare Knotel to WeWork, but the two companies are very different. Both operate in the area of work space, but the type of their customers separates the two. Knotel provides flexible working space for the enterprise. Shenderovich: „It’s not only the small companies who need flexibility, it’s the big ones who need it as well. Before Knotel, these big companies had no partner to outsource.“

While WeWork sells around 5-8 seats per group, Knotel’s average size of a group is around 100 seats.

The market Knotel is tackling is highly fragmented on the supply side and highly concentrated on the demand side, explains Shenderovich. "50% of the market demand is by the Global 2000 companies."
