„The pharmacy business is a very old guilded system“, starts Olaf Heinrich from Zur Rose Group.
„Currently there are over 100.000 individual pharmacies in Gemany and companies are not allowed to own pharmacies – it’s a protected business.“
Zur Rose group wants to change this and transform pharmacies into the online and e-health world. „We are pretty sure, that this change is going to happen now“, states Heinrich. „There is almost no online business in this €150bn market (in Europe).“
He believes in a „the winner takes it all approach“, that’s why Zur Rose Group has just recently acquired PromoFarma.
