The e-commerce for example in Poland is quite small compared to other countries - how can it grow? "Costumers want different things in different countries, but the very basic wishes are the same. If you can as a team improve many things, delivery, prices and so on, it helps a lot. The important question is: What can we improve? The delivery can be in five days - or tomorrow!", explains Nuyts. Continously making things better is one of the keys to the success of allegro.
What is the role of allegro in the future? "First we do improvement on the current processes. But also things like being the biggest financial provider will help to expand the growth and the success", says Nuyts. Currently allegro ist not very competitor-focused - it has more than 6 million costumers and is thus the most important business of the Polish market.
