At this in-person event, we will examine the key messages from D&C Days 2025 as part of a critical discussion featuring COP30 experts and contributors. We will rigorously debate and refine the key messages to ensure that they have the impact needed to influence the climate negotiations. 

The discussions will be followed by a networking reception.

The insightful discussions we had at this year's D&C Days have been collated into a set of key messages that we will now take forward to the discussions at COP30.  

These key messages represent a powerful set of "asks" designed to highlight the real issues that must be tackled during the talks in Belém.

The eleven key messages highlight issues such as scaling up locally led adaptation, delivering successful collaboration, working with private finance and philanthropies and investing in systems and institutions, rather than isolated projects.
