Conrad’s booth here at Electronica is not only a surrounding, it is a real protagonist at this fair. It is supposed to promote talks and does this by offering nine places for talks. Some are thought for smalltalk, some for deep talk and some offer closed rooms to offer private talk.
“We want to listen to people, to listen really closely”, explains Marcel Kaminski. “What are their challenges - and what solution of Conrad can be their solution? That’s our goal here.” There are many different solutions, but not every solution matches every client. Finding out what the customers really need is the goal here.
