Friday night we set out to explore a bit of the city life, and found ourselves on the rooftop of a repurposed meat packing factory, now a place for music and art - ironically, we have something just like that in Tübingen too, the "Schlachthaus", here it was called "Slakhuset".
The weekend kicked off with a huge event. It just happened to be Stockholm’s Pride week, and Saturday was the pride parade, Europe’s largest. We found ourselves in the middle of it all, walking in support. It was a joy to see so many happy faces, and the amount of people who reported showed up for the week (600,000!) and took part in the parade (50,000!), speaks for itself.
