In solving the puzzle of disaster risk information, issues were divided into risk models, risk data, risk platform and capacity building as a support to efforts to develop standards for disaster risk reduction and management. One of the key elements is the risk data library that provides tools and standards to package the disaster risk data for easier storage, discovery, sharing, re-use and comparison.
