Over 50% of all humanitarian crises are somewhat predictable, 20% are highly predictable, yet less than 1% of is crisis funding is pre-arranged to enable anticipatory action. It is critical to now scale up #AnticipatoryAction to prevent and mitigate the impact of future crises.
