Anticipation in Africa?
Intensify the adoption of improved agricultural technologies; strengthen early warning systems, and build the capacity of governments and other actors to mitigate and/or be able to quickly respond to natural and man-made shocks and prevent them evolving into large-scale humanitarian crises.
