All three countries, Mozambique, Namibia, Lesotho at the moment focus on drought risk. The team saw a lot of potential of having that exchange even though the countries are very different. But innovations and challenges that come up along the way can be shared. The projects uses online tools such as MS Teams to facilitate information sharing and regular exchange between the teams in the three countries, so that they feel really as one team not three separate ones in the region.
