Different projects had been implemented so far like in Quezon City. The first step was to look at the stakeholder's landscape at local level. Who would be the most important stakeholders for example in the DRK, in the health sector oder somewhere else? They worked with six participants, reduced the number of the stakeholders they thought of, characterized them and did interviews and an analysis of them.
"The process is itself as important as the products", explains Raulin. In the end the results offer advocating tools for decision makers which can faciliate their decisions. It also helps to share knowledge, and the process itself gives some valuable indirect products like an updated contact directory.
