Tiana Hickel: "It's important that all stakeholders and partners have the same point of view, approach and are analysing the context in the same way."

Katie Peters: "I feel like the risk management systems we have in place at the moment are not a good fit for purpose. Because the reality is on the ground, people are already struggling with compound and complex risks and yet the risk government systems we have, aren't responding to those at the level of complexity that's needed. I think we really need to get serious and think about better partnerships, about more innovative partnerships and innovative financing mechanisms to really respond to 21st-century risks that are already upon us."

Martin Schuldes: "My point would be, that there is a lot of common understanding of the huge challenge in front of us. but also a lot off joined effort and the willingness to change. That, I would consider as a good prospect for doing better in a very complicated and challenging environment."

Benjamin Hanna: "My takeaway would be, that early action is not just a 'nice to have' but given the growing humanitarian needs, I think acting early and preventing crisis is really a necessity today. It reduces cost and it is also the far most effective and most dignified way to help people in need. This should not only be a niche topic but also an essential topic in our work together. A lot has been done and we are moving in the right direction!"
