Terekhova explains that they started to handle requests differently and so got more efficient. The results: The coordination costs decreased, motivation and collaboration improved, there were almost no more conflicts between stakeholders.

Katya Terekhova, Project Manager at Pushwoosh, talks about the  implementation of classes of services. To begin with Terekhova talks about the problems she and her company faced and how they had to get by a lack of continuous improvement or conflict between different teams - for example between Product and Development teams. As one solution they started to identify their sources of demand.
