"Anyone ever sold a house? And, was it fun?", Tom Scarborough from Movewise asks the audience at the beginning of his presentation. "No, it's a nightmare!", he says, as he continues to explain the work of his company. Movewise is an industry starter: They created an industry that connects house sellers with buyers, aiming to forge a stress-free way to sell your home. Movewise also solves the problem of customer acquisition for high-quality estate agents. "We are optimizing every single step on the way of selling a house", Scarborough explains. "Houses that are being sold via Movewise are selling twice as likely, three times faster and for a higher price than houses that are sold without Movewise", Tom Scarborough states. 
"We've done all of that with two employees and a couple of Freelancers!", he emphasises the success of his company.

Now it's up to Anabel Maldonado to pitch her early-stage fashion tech startup Psykhe. "If we really get to know why we wear what we wear, then we can also find out, why customers buy what they buy", Anabel Maldonado emphasises the mission of her startup. She moves on explaining how her B2C-Platform analyzes the psychology of fashion and customers. Psykhe acts as an aggregator platform that is powered by machine learning and personality trait science. Maldonado has a psychology background and spent the last decade in the fashion industry.
"We don't take fashion quite as serious yet as we should", she says and continues to explain how personality traits and fashion choices are connected. So far, retailers can't make much sense of customer data because they don't know the contextual data, the "why". Psykhe aims to change that. "The why is the psychology of customers!", Maldonado says.
Personalisation is the way to get more customers and "you can't get personalisation without personality" she finishes her presentation.
