How long do the phases last? "Good questions", says Daly, The phases are very different in their duration: from some days to half a year, everything is possible. What about the data quality? "Good quality here is crucial", emphasizes Daly. "This part needs much effort!" Sponsoring is also significant, especially when the industrialization begins.

Are road maps important? "Yes, definitely", says Daly. "It is one part of the process. Looking at all these cases to find out more is the next step." The last questions comes from Bühler: How many people work on this transformation? "We started with just two people - now there are 150", explains Daly. Data improved the work, and this helped the transformation - and this needed more and more people.
