To support this goal, the company has set up an Enterprise Analytics and Data (EAD) business unit in 2017. The EAD strategy resides in a dual data strategy, i.e. the convergence of data governance and data science. EAD’s mission? To transform PMI into a data-driven company and to bring value to the business by focusing on PMI’s most critical challenges and expanding its scope year on year.
