How to scale your business with the help of AI in Advertising?

On Enterprise Stage we are now attending a panel chat about a quite impressing topic that became during the last years less and less just dreams of the future. Bernd Holbein, Data Activation Specialist at Google for start-ups, and Jannette Flores, Agency Sales Manager for Google, are having a panel lecture about AI in Advertising and how you can use it for your business.

Janette Flores opens the panel with an anecdote of how she met Bruno Rixen, a German engineer and inventor a while ago in Australia. "There is one problem with waterskiing behind a boat, one boat can only carry one waterski, that inefficient", he told her back then. He invented a device to carry ten waterskis at once. Right after the motto "Work smart, not hard", Flores says.

Data Activation Specialist Holbein explains how machine learning can help you in succeeding this motto in your business. He explains how it's not just used in well-known areas like Youtube next video predictions e.g., but also Google uses it to improve their search and Google ads. Their way of smart bidding increases the conversion rate according to Holbein approx. 31 percent. Machine learning also increases the rate of relevant ads significantly for the user.  

Frontier Car Group CEO Sujay Tyle now explains how AI improved processes for his company. Frontier Car Group builds and runs marketplaces focused on emerging markets in the auto sector and uses machine learning for the problems that he has to face when it comes to connecting the offline part with the online part of his business.

"If you don't keep up, then you will definitely fall behind", Flores summarizes the importance of machine learning for businesses.
