Delivery Hero

Niklas Östberg is a veteran at NOAH. With Delivery Hero he represents a rapidly growing company. In the first quarter this year the revenue grew around 93%. So how does Östberg image the future of eating?
„It’s a mix, because it’s a huge market. Even our best customers order very rarely (2-3 times / week). So if all our customers would order like them there would still be a lot of cooking, preparation at home and convenient food.“

But convenience is the factor that will become more important in the future, according to Östberg. People want to eat faster after their order, spend less time cooking and more time with their family.

Another issue that Östberg sees is the quality of food. "Food is often produced for being eaten in the restaurant and looses quality if being delivered at home."
