After a break and tasty lunch, we are grouping back up to synthesize results from the World Café. We asked each table captain to give a concise presentation on the outcomes from their discussions. The teams generated a lot of material so we need to identify the core aspects!

The first World Café group dug deeper into ideas about future trends and implications for the future of work. Some topics that came out:

• Keeping in mind the importance of ethics and value-driven leadership, as well as the importance of sustainability. 
• There is a need for a redefinition of work in the digital future
• The balance of human-machine interaction will be one of the core aspects of the future
