Michael Rouse, CCO of Klarna, talks with Andrew Young (Principal at Permira) on how his company is bringing together finance solutions for e-commerce and costumer-oriented business. Since the time where Rouse and Young met first, Klarna has now became a lot more international but still with Germany as it's most important market.
Both discuss the recently introduced Klarna Card. „Are you introducing just another payment card?“ Young asks? „We don’t see this as just another card“, answers Rouse. It is more seen as a service for consumers. We’re moving from e-commerce-only into the stores.
