Forum on the World Economic Order
The Forum on the World Economic Order (WEO), based in Washington, DC, is part of an initiative by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom to establish regional hubs of expertise on pressing international issues. The Forum fosters dialogue among political, business, and scientific multipliers by encouraging increased mutual understanding within the global economic landscape. The objective of the Forum is to facilitate a transfer of experiences among experts from non-governmental organizations, international associations, political parties, and think tanks, in order to develop innovative and mutually beneficial policy solutions. Areas of interest for the Forum on the World Economic Order include: free trade, tax policy, consumer protection, start-up culture, human rights and labor, data privacy and digitalization, immigration and integration, and labor mobility.
